I was born and raised in Miami, Florida to my father and mother, Jim and Anita Dyches.
I also have two younger sisters. I was raised in a charismatic expression of the Catholic Church, but it wasn’t until high school that the gospel took root and I truly knew I new Christ as Lord and Savior. I attended college at FIU in Miami, where I attended Cru, and where I encountered genuine Christian community and discipleship for the first time. Before graduating and pursuing law school, the Lord put on my heart to go into Christian ministry work, and I haven't turned back. Since then, I married my wife Lauren, and we now have three kids. I also received my MDIV from Reformed Theological Seminary at the same time as launching and leading Destino Central Florida and ministry of Cru that operates on college campuses out of a Hispanic and Latino value set. In 2021 the Lord began to put church planting on my heart, and by 2023 I started a church-planting residency at NewCity Orlando. My wife and I are now in the process of launching a new church plant in Fern Park / Altamonte that will build up the body of Christ to live out missional hospitality to reach the de-churched, unengaged, and marginalized with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
